Title: power mod for a M417

i just got a M417 and love it but it aint quit powerfull enough for me are there any mods for it?

If it is based on the 760, like many are saying, then mods for the 760 and 1377 should be doable.

I had a FT valve and piston  put in mine.

Yep, the 760 valve has plenty of volume capacity and it can be increased. I modded the valves in my wife's and son's 760s to make them easier to pump. It increased the volume of the valve, thereby enabling more power to be made by pumping more. I also replaced the valve spring with a little softer spring as part of the mod.
You have to cock it or pull the bold back a little before pumping it, to get the pressure of the hammer off the valve stem, in order for it to take air.
It's a lot easier to pump, much like a Daisy Powerline 880 or 22SG.
Don't know how much more power it will make. Haven't chronographed it since the mods.
It's a lot easier for them to plink with now.
