I need some help here, I bought a used 499 and the sight that came with it, has two buggered screws that won't allow the sight to be fitted to the 499. I can only guess they were allen heads that some one stripped out? they are toward the front of the sight and squeeze the sight on to the base that is riveted to the gun. I have included a photo of the part on the gun that the sight is supposed to attach to. I think it is the 5800 site.

I went to the Daisy site and it's the cheap one, $20.00. I just ordered a new one instead of trying to find the screws. Oh well. Maybe spring for the more better expensive one later, but not now.
