What ever happened to this PCP rifle. I don't know much about it, but it seems well thought of in VarmintAir's blog. Looks interesting with a two-pellet loading system too. Just day-dreaming.

The Rapier is the same gun as the FX 2000, and it might have been sold under the webley name as well. It's your basic bolt action two shot rifle. They have/had outstanding performance capability. The two shot platform seems to be making a comeback with the highly anticipated release of the Milbro Matisse. Very nice to have a follow up shot without the hassle that sometimes can come with magazines. If you are really interested in one you will have to look on many classifieds to find one because I think they are pretty highly regarded among those who own them.

It was the same as the Webley Raider. The Raider was available as a single shot and with the 2 shot shuttle. The FX 2000 was the same as the Tarantula (8-shot). Those designs have been discontinued.

thanks guys. I guess I'd have to be pretty lucky to come across one (and be able to afford it) since owners seem to be holding on to them. I'll search out the Milbro Matisse, and see what that's up to. VarmintAir has tweaked my curiosity again! :D
