Title: Unexpected find, a Crosman 157
Post by: TerryM on August 09, 2024, 10:13:44 AM
At a local estate sale, yesterday morning.  Only 18 bucks, I don't think they knew what it was.  I assumed it would need new seals but, after putting in a new cartridge and a couple drops of oil, it holds and shoots like a new one.  Pretty nice condition, too.

Nice find Terry. Glad you were able to revive it.

Congrats.
I don't think you could touch that for under $150 on Ebay these days and that's if you're lucky.

Congrats on the new to you Cr 157, Terry, bantam5 is right, I think I payed about that for mine. I prefer the Cr 150, the pellets are a bit bigger and easier to handle.
