Title: Benjamin Sheraton Intermounts
Post by: RAKonTour on July 17, 2024, 06:47:55 PM
Does anyone know if the Benjamin Sheraton intermounts fit on a Blue Streak Sheraton? I have a Blue Streak from 1968 and need to mount optical aids.

If you can’t find a Sheridan Intermount, the Crosman B272 mounts work just as well.

There were different versions of the Sheridan Intermounts made, plus some very similar mounts made by others. I have always mounted these the typical way to the rear of the rifles, but some mount these forward & use Scout scopes. You should be able to search on here & find " Sheridan Scope mounts"  to see what I am talking about.

Careful with some of the barrel mount types. They can cause separation in the soldered barrel.

Buck Rail also makes a 3D printed mount that will hold a light scope or red dot.

Thanks for the responses, guys! I knew about the danger of separating the barrel, which is why I was asking if the intermounts had been used successfully. I think I'll go ahead and try 'em!

Just don’t torque them down tight and you’ll be fine.  Just snug is all you need.  I have several in use.
