Anyone have any good resources for Techforce parts or specs? More specific I am trying to locate a piston seal for my TF89
-
do you know what size is the seal? if its a 25mm it may take a B19 seal...
-
It is a 25mm but I don't know what the thickness needs to be or how to figure out what it should be. I did find a website that has a "clone list" of what the rifle was probably cloned of and I did find a seal, BEEMAN GS 1000/950 which looks like it just may work but I am having a difficult time finding any of them. Again, not sure on the thickness. I've owned the rifle for about 14 yrs and it is my only one. I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to tearing these apart. Lots of you tube to get where I am now.

that looks like a b19 seal. available from crosman for a couple of bucks. ask for the seal of a crosman F4

Steve, I think this is the same as TF89. Maybe folks at Krale Scheitsport can help?
I remember in the early days of the GTA these were popular rifles(I had one of the under lever ones). Mr. Gene tuned tons of these.

I would call Mike at Flying Dragon; I use to have a few TF89's and I had @@$$$&^( years ago make some custom piston seal adaptors so I could use piston seals that are made for the Gamo rifles! they work quite well! that's just something to think about ;)

Thanks for the info, I'll look into it

I think this is your gun. Bought one from pyramid when they bought out tech force supplier years ago(can’t remember their name). Maybe could source parts from them. Gene liked’’em so I believe they were good guns that needed TLC to work best. Maybe a good tuner could put it right.? Mine was almost as strong as my 350.
