Title: SnowPeak M60 B
Post by: Chief-10Beers on June 16, 2024, 04:52:38 PM
I am thinking of ordering one of these. I read the few reviews that I can find. And the couple Videos that they speak English in. lol  I am thinking of the .22 so I can keep my Pellet inventory the same, but I am wondering if anyone has Tried Heavy Pellets/Slugs and achieved any good "FPE" reports. Can this rifle in .22 when turned up achieve upper 40's maybe low 50's? Or will I need the .25?  So for you that have owned/own one, What say you?
Thanks in advance!

I cannot answer your questions but I have become VERY interested in one of these rifles myself.  I might like to try .25 or even the .30 cal.  I hope that you have great success with your new rifle once you get one.  👌🏼🎯😎

Thanks for sharing that Video Back_Roads. He mentioned that He gets 50 FPE from the FX.  I wonder if He tried to squeeze that much from the M60?

I only wish that there was more Info available. I would think that if the Reg is set High enough and with the right weight Pellet one could approach those numbers in .22?   Thus far I have only been able to get about 36 fpe out of My unregulated Airacuda, so hopefully someone will chime in.  Thanks BR.

I've had one in 25 ordered from Wes at Airgun Archery Fun for a while.  He had emailed a couple of weeks back saying they had finally been imported into the country and he would be shipping them shortly.  I hope to be getting it before too much longer and will definitely update this post with my impressions after receiving.

I hope you get it soon!  It's tough waiting for a New Toy. Kinda like at Christmas!   I look forward to your Review!  Thanks for the reply.

It just so happens that I checked my email a little bit ago and Wes had emailed me to verify my shipping address.  He said she's all boxed up and ready to go :)

This is turning out to be a good airgun month.  My previously loved Uragan came in yesterday and my M60B should be here before much longer!

Good for you!  Did you get the Suppressor option?  I am interested in how loud it is!

Congrats!

I got it without.  I have a couple different Donny FL and STO ones to try... along with a good ol' Buck Rail.

You will want some kind of suppressor, the OE ones are great for the price, I do a little tweaking with the internals to get a little more quiet out of them. The Company Wes ships the suppressors from is top notch also.
