Title: And so it begins?
Post by: Matchstickshooter on June 12, 2024, 03:57:18 PM
I tried calling in a small order to Crosman today. Their computer wouldn't take it as they were having a problem with my phone number.
Same phone I always order from. They put me on hold and tried various fixes, different I.T. techs, then even tried switching me to a different operator/computer to try that way. I asked if it was because they were now part of Daisy. They didn't think so....
After calling me back a couple of times (no joy) I gave up and told them I'd try later in the week.. :o

Went to Crosman.com and looked up my account. Nothing's changed. Same number.

Yeah unfortunately its the "sign of the times". I know someone who bought a brand new refrigerator and it stopped working in a week. The so called customer service was useless. They ended up returning it because they couldn't make a simple appointment for a tech to come out  ::)

Just got the few parts for my 362 that i ordered. Got two pistons and a spare plastic forearm. No issues with the order and got it in 3 days! I wanted a spare stock too, but no go... out of stock. I always seem to get the same woman. She is very helpful and friendly.  I am glad the 362 uses so many 13xx parts as it keeps it simple parts wise.
