I would see if Baker has anything. Maybe Rick at Precision Pellet. Both are credible sources.
The 2 we have will be among the last airguns to go.

I have 2 but never shoot them. Probably would if I had more time. Not sure why but always want one around. The nostalgia. Pretty easy to find one, there's about a million of em. Just look on eBay there's always a whole bunch of those so called rare guns listed. So don't buy an incomplete or hogged up gun. There's plenty to choose from. Not too big or heavy so shipping shouldn't be that much.

How many do you want?  Shoot me a PM.

They're available on Ebay and actually more affordable lately than I expected.
I've looked casually,  but for some reason I'm just not sure whether I want one.

well I cant say as to why I took a liking….been reading about how hard it is to date them given their history and how old they are,,,and the fact people mixed and match parts…it may take a couple of purchases to get a presentable gun or given their age i guess they could be left alone….

I got what I think is a pretty good deal in the works…for 2 guns…but summer holidays have gotten in the way so will be awhile before I take delivery….and here I thought I was through buying guns….

What about a 100..I understand it’s .177

A Crosman 100 is the .177 version of the Crosman 101, they are identical with the exception of barrel diameter. Here is a fun discussion on some model 100’s. In these links I talk about the 2 I own, one for each of my sons when I decide to pass them down, they are just as fun as the 101 and 102 models.

Loading a 101 with big clumsy fingers can be a challenge. I imagine it would be even more difficult in .177. I often thought about making some kind of slip in single shot tray for mine.

This thread lit a fire under my butt to replace the pump cup on my 100, I was able to get it shooting almost as fast but not as consistant as it shoots now, by doing an alcohol flush followed with a judicious oiling, but that was short lived, a few weeks later it was back to no compression.
New pump cup and all is good, but could use a bit mor hammer spring to get crazy power.

I also used the OE rear sight mount hole to mount a Williams D5 sight.  8)
Also tried alloy pellets to see if it meets MFG claims ;) LOL

Those alloy pellets will ruin the barrel.

The one I just received has what maybe OEM reproduction sight mount and repro.  tombstone peep…it does ok at 30 feet but I do get the dreaded spider web …good luck

My 101 shot weak for the longest time. I tried new seals including the pump cup, nothing helped much until I put in new pump linkage. The new, tight linkage increased velocity noticeably, I was quite surprised.

Drill the peep hole out a little bit. That'll get rid of the spider web.
Or, try a pair of cheap reading glasses.
