Basically this was a repeat of the previous 45 yard shoot off... only this time I was shooting JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy 18.13 gr. domed pellets in both rifles.
Not necessarily applies to apples on these rifles but close.
I shot these rifles at 7 pm today.
I took 10 shots with both rifles using identical pellets.
It was a little windy with a 15 to 20 MPH cross wind.
I was shooting due west.
Once again I was standing and shooting semi off hand with the rifles braced on a door way.
The shot group was a little better with the Gamo but in all fairness to the Hatsan I discovered loose stock screws after I had finished shooting it.
Also the Gamo Has a better scope.
The Gamo shot group was around 1 inch.
The Hatsan group was around 1 1/2 inches.
I like both rifles but I like the new Gamo the best.
I really don't know why but it handles better and has a better "feel" to it
I like the weight and the trigger better on the Gamo.
Next Up ....I will shoot and compare this Gamo to my 25 cal Hatsan 125 TH rifle ...or maybe ...all three rifles.
I like the 25 cal Hatsan a little better than the 22 cal. Hatsan for some reason.
Best Wishes - Tom

That's pretty good shootin Tom! ;D

Both rifle are shooting pretty well at that distance. Wonder how well they would compare sitting at a bench ?

Hi Mark.
Thank you for your reply sir.
I lucked out yesterday... NO Mosquitoes !
It was too windy for them.

I like the comparison as one would shoot afield, I can admit the one and only Gamo a Mach 1 .177 break barrel I have shot was very accurate, and a comfortable gun to handle and aim.

Hi Steve.
Thank you for your reply sir.
I think the shot groups might have been tighter if I had shot from a bench.
Unfortunately, I do not have a shooting bench to shoot from.
I have always practiced my target shooting in the same way I would shoot, as if I was out in the woods hunting.

Hi James.
Thank you for your reply sir.
Correct ! I try to practice in the same manner as if I was out hunting in the woods.
I like all my rifles but the this new Gamo Magnum and the Summit Ranger I like the best.
I also really like my Stoeger S3000 C Carbine.

That is good shooting for sure ! I got my old Gamo 440 out and I can cock it easier than the Gamo Magnum GR/.22. I do like a wood stock.-Kirk

Hi Kirk.
Thank you for your complement & reply.
My neighbor has a Gamo 890.
About a year ago I resolved some accuracy issues that he was having with his rifle. and posted about it.

There is a big difference between his Gamo 890 and my Gamo Magnum GR.
His rifle stock was wood too.
