Title: My First 1894

I reassembled my first 19894 with new seals today.
I await the magazine follower parts to complete, but those should pose no problem.(Famous last words...)
It actually cocks and fires!
Some internal cocking parts were mangled and needed replacing, but I lucked into some on the bay.

Not as daunting a task as I had feared.....I only had to take it apart TWICE to put extra parts back in......

NOT, however, my favorite repair....

I have 4 94s laying around.
Had them given to me as parts guns.
You need anything, just holler.
