Title: Photos and videos.

I have tried in the past to learn how to post but it has just been beyond my ken . i I would like to try again. I understand the concept of putting a photo in an envelope and affixing a postage stamp but to do it by electronics just makes my head go fuzzy.
Can someone please direct me to an instruction manual suitable for a,dunce.
PS. I do know how to forward an email.
