I like the look too  8). Wonder if they changed any of the internals or the barrel setup?

Thanks for sharing.  ;)

Even the mag for the clips looks different, so not interchangeable...

I have a Benji Wildfire on CO2...i'll stick with that. 8)

I might have to swoop one of these for my daughter.

She likes the daisy ssp (i think
its a 753 or an 853) but shes 10 now and the single loading was a great trainer. Now she likes to burn up ammo and plink things that make noise.

I take her to the range sometimes and shoot 22lr; and the kid can hold a 1” group at 50yds like i can. She just dislikes operating the bolt, and prefers auto loaders. With the price and availability as well as the pain in the butt to buy pb ammo here in wonderful California; iv been contemplating an inexpensive semi auto .177 airgun for her.

This new 1077 will give her exactly what im looking for; plus ability to sling lead in the back yard.

My only reservation would be, does the trigger stink,… as i suspect it does?
I can live with the loud pop pop pop noises and co2 12gram refills as long as its shooting dimes at 15yds and the trigger is manageable. Wouldn’t be the end of the world if i had to modify the trigger but, you know……
Nobody wants to hand their kid a thing that doesn’t  work well for Christmas. Lol.

If anybody gets one, lets hear your thoughts for a 10yr old tom-boy of a daughter.

Yes, the trigger.... it is a revolver type action so the trigger moves a lot of parts. It gets a little better as it wears in .
That being said there is a fellow who designed and sells a two stage adjustable trigger. I have one in my Wildfire. Big difference    (JMHO)
Look up  Adjustable 2 Stage Trigger for Crosman 1077   .........    it will be    Steve_in_NC

Buck and rail makes a suppressor for the 1077, quiets it down some…but it aint no TKO…good luck

YES!! I have a buck rail moderator on both my hot rodded 1322 and my 362c.
This things really tone down the report on the pumpers and make em backyard friendly.
Buck rail has the most cost effective thing out there right now.

A gritty junkyard trigger is non negotiable though. Hmmm….
Kiddo shoots dads target rifles with triggers that cost as much as the rife, lol. Shes gunna get ticked off if i hand her a trash trigger of a pellet rifle. Hahaha.
I run a metal fab shop on a very famous marine corps base here in San Diego, i can probably figure something out to lighten the pull and smooth out the gritty gravel feel. Maybe weld on something to thread a set screw into and reduce the travel.

Anyone else notice the velocity difference between the OG 1077 and the new tac?
Has me wondering if they COMPLETELY revised the build or just slapped it in a new cheapo poly stock. Hmmm

i'd like to back up on what I said!
I know for a fact the older version 1077 along with the Benji Wildfire take the same trigger, and work with the 2 stage adjustable,
however, looking at that picture and realizing the mag that holds the clip is "different", it may not be the same kind of trigger at all.

The guy in the YouTube video I saw said it was a 7 pound trigger. I'm still thinking it's just lipstick on a pig even if it isn't the same trigger.

Had several over the years, one (the earliest one, bought when they first came out in the mid-'90s, I believe) was accurate as all get out, so I learned to squeeeeze that trigger a certain way still double-action, and with a. cheap 3-9x32 scope I could pop paintballs (the little tiny ones) out to 25 yards.

I wish they would do like how Diana did when they made the Chaser (CO2) into the Bandit (PCP) with mostly still all the same (interchangeable) other parts....

There was the Benjamin Wildfire pcp. I think it was mostly the same, but didn't sell well. I almost wish I had bought one when they were available. They do pop up from time to time though.

up I have one, MatchstickShooter found the cure and bulk fills his with CO2. I run mine tethered at 1200 psi they do not like much more pressure than that.

I had a pair of the oriiginal 1077. One of the worst triggers I've ever experienced. Sold them both to a coworker for $100 to shoot with his grandson.

See above.... that is the Benji Wildfire...Found out why it leaked and modded it to CO2 bulk fill.
They tried using the same valve in the PCP as the CO2 but with a heavier hammer and spring.  destroyed the valve.
For the Wildfire I bought a new 1077 valve and 1077 hammer and spring (Lighter!)   and no more leaks! Tank fill with CO2 and it hasn't ever leaked down.

Just watched the 1077TaC video on YT
The mag just sticks out further/ longer, so trigger mechanism should still be the same.
And that adjustable trigger  I bought helpss
