Pulled the trigger on a standard model today. Hopefully it’s as good or better than my old Bullpup

I actually placed an order for them first.
About to order the classic version too. Looks like it will be a long wait though 12/20.
I bet those barrels shrouds fit the origin/Aspen would be nice if they do. It would eliminate the need for a 1/2-20 adapter.

No I won’t be swapping anything just shooting as is. I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait my first one was really nice I had the Bullpup.

I just bought the .25 Aspen
, should get it Friday. Now, I have all 3 calibers in that line.
The avenge-x seems to have a lot to offer for the money for sure. Worth the wait for sure.

Heck yeah !!! I got the standard so it doesn’t look like I’m carrying a tactical weapon around but rather, a less intimidating hunting gun. The avenger has a ton to offer even though I won’t be tuning anything on it but it’s nice to know the option is there. I have had the Aspen in the past but it leaked out of the box but seems like most have good luck with them. It’s been fun watching YouTube videos rolling out on the Avenge X

I know my Avenger came out of the box shooting much hotter than I needed. I turned it down and get 48 shots at 40fpe from a 4k fill. I have the reg set at 2100.
My cast 27gr pellets result in easy minute of a quarter at 50yds.

Nice!! I heard you can upgrade the regulator to the new stainless steel regulator when they become available

That may be but I don't see any reason to do anything to mine. AV makes rebuild kits available through PA if needed.

Nice!! I wonder if you can leave the reg the same on all and mess with just the hammer spring with different calibers

Very first impression out of the box - the gun feels waaaaay better built then the original avenger. The tank and shroud are solid so no worries about poi shift. So far I aired it up and dry fired a few times to settle the regulator. The reg sits at 2800 on the ,25 and I verified that with Av so now we see if anything leaks I will report back :) next is cleaning the barrel

Hey brother I got the standard tube. I cleaned the barrel, installed a scope. Next thing is run it over the chronograph

The gun came shooting really hot I’m sure if I shoot 34 grainers it’s fine but the 25 grainers were shooting at 960 so I tuned it down with just the hammer spring now it’s at 886 and an ES of 16 one 13 round mag. If you’re curious what it shoots on low it’s 675.

I keep looking at these despite my allergy to China stuff. They look really well executed and the adaptable platform is intriguing.
But, are you saying that the Avenge-X in .25 only gets 13 shots (? 25.4 gr at 890 is 45 fpe for 13 shots ?)? Is this tube or bottle?

Thanks for the info. I am still confused about the one mag but I stay confused so no big deal there ;). I may need to save my coin for one of these once my M-Rod projects are closer to completion. I too like the synthetic stocked rifle with the tube. I think I will save my tacti-cool and bottle fed adventures for something more exotic like a FX or similar. Anyone need a kidney?

It’s a 13 shot string with a extreme spread of 16fps, measured with a chrono. 13 shots is what a full mag holds also.

Nah I don’t do that but I will be testing pellets hopefully soon I have a small variety

The regulator is holding steady at 2800 ish we’re golden. 👍several days ago I was stacking pellets head in skirt on the palm tree at 20 yards
