Title: Airforce condor .25 with texan .308 barrel

Hello I know this may sound dumb but I was wondering will a texan .308 barrel work in my airforce condor .25 if I cut the tray off .22 and .25 condor barrel breech end is .308/.309...

No it wont fit, you need material for the sleeve to slide in.
Loading tray can stay where it is, you need a new breech sleeve and suitable valve for the 308.
