Ive heard around the web theyre no longer replying to emails?

From what I understand, it is/was a two man operation, son and father. I heard that the dad either passed away, or is too ill to carry on. Either way, one guy is just too busy to answer all the emails. I know he is still filling orders, so its likely he is just as busy as a one armed paper hanger.
