Title: Diana 52 Cocking Problem

Diana 52 Luxus, TO5 trigger. Accuracy was a little off so I shot today to see if I could find anything obvious. Shot a few pellets, cocked to shoot another but it didn’t cock all the way, safety didn’t reset.   Didn’t realize it until I loaded a pellet and it didn’t fire. Finally got it to cock by pulling safety out and finishing cocking stroke. Then, the bear trap wouldn’t release when I pressed the button. Little fiddling and finally got it to release. Fired the pellet thank goodness. Obviously going to take it apart. Didn’t notice anything bent or cracked but haven’t given it a good once over yet. Anyone ever had a similar issue? Thanks.

Check the long bolt that holds the cocking lever in the compression tube, make sure it hasn't come lose 8)

Will give it a look, thanks. Time for it to get a clean and lube anyway and might as well replace breech seal while I’m there. See what else we find.
