I'd like to try something a little different here. I wanted some spare paintball tank o-rings for the tank I got with the MPX I just bought, but it made the most sense to order a pack of 100. I don't see myself using more than 20 for the rest of my life, so I have 80 spare o-rings. These are from Captain o-ring, 90 Duro, and red. 015 size I believe.
Here's that part that's a little different: I'd like to send all 80 o-rings to someone (I'll pay shipping), you take 10-20, then send them on to the next person until there are no more. So for the cost of an envelope and stamp you can have 10-20 paintball tank o-rings. If you call dibs it's on you to send what's left to the next person that called dibs. I figure if everyone isn't greedy and only takes 10-20, up to 8 people can get o-rings for pretty cheap and get some good karma at the same time.
I hope that makes sense, sometimes I'm not as clear as I try to be.

I’ll participate in this. I think it’s a great idea.

Yeah, but you only have to send one letter :)

I will participate as well, I was actually fixing to order these myself , they are the O rings that you would use on the top of a ninja reg right? I like the chain idea!

I have a couple hundred of these myself due to an order screw up, rather than ship all of them how about if they send you a self addresed stamped envelope and you send them ten orings back in said envelope costs ya two stamps and your done! Use a PM so you dont get more requests than you can fill.

This way each person has to use two stamps and address two envelopes, the way I proposed each person has to use one stamp and address one envelope. Since the o-rings are only worth about 10 cents a piece anyway, getting $1-$2 worth of o-rings for $1.20 is a much worse deal than for $0.60. Also it's more in the spirit of "pay it forward" since you don't pay your own shipping, you pay the shipping to the next person.

shipping a hundred or more orings will cost way more than one stamp

Nope, bag of all 100 is about 17 grams, just weighed it. One stamp gets you one ounce, or about 28 grams.

Good morning all. Found the letter from kerplunk just yesterday with the rings. Turns out my wife had put it in the garage for me to see. Funny thing is I didn't see it till yesterday afternoon. Who's up next for the o'rings? I would like to mail it out tomorrow since we're way behind.

I'll play!
