Hatsan USA has a refurbished Jet 1 in .22 for $219.99.  My experience with hatsan refurbs has been pretty decent, with most being trouble free.  Interested in a Jet?  This may be an oppportunity to save a few bucks over buying a new one!

 Got on the wait list for a .25, chances are Field Supply will have one before I get a notice from Hatsan, has happened many times already :)

Yep!  $199 for a brand new one sure trumps $219 for a refurb!  Excellent find!  ;D

I did that and it's still in the $200 range. It only dropped the price $23. No where close to $120.

You most definitely need one in 25 for attic chooting.
