locked up and tripped the circuit breaker !!!
its one of them that was converted to oil lube from grease back in 2020/2021 with xisico compressors.
recent oil change with 4 hrs on it using syn compressor oil (the right stuff)
that was my 2nd compressor (warranty) after the 1st one failed about the same time.
this one failed with only 23hrs on it just filling 200-250bar guns.
just in time for there new offering......wonder if there taking trade in's
like push/pull/or drag in's........ :'(
ol'Biohazman just about called all these china pumps 20hrs life time......seems he is
right on target !!!

Super bummer John ??? I'll never get rid of my Shoebox, it's one of the best airgun related items I've ever bought. It's a shame the Chinese compressor's basically caused him to stop selling them to the public, he simply couldn't compete.
-
yep, my F10 and my upgraded F8 is always ready to work when needed
-
Bummer John, my Yong Heng is still hanging in there after two years, but I only fill guns to a max of 3200 psi so far.

Sorry for your loss John... Seems to be that time of year! I had my Benjamin Traveler and Hill EC-3000 fail yesterday! I'm using the the oil converted Xisico now till I can rebuild them, I hope it hangs in there a little while longer!

This section should be called Emotional Support for Equipment Owners for PCP

It’s it coincidence all the compressors are failing after a balloon incident ? My Vevor decided it doesn’t want to work anymore.
-
Oh boy.... break out the tin hats. We've been spying on each other for many many years.

Well, that would explain why the Shoebox compressors keep working . . . ;)
-
Maybe I will see if that handpump in the corner still works if I need air first before trying a compressor till this passes ???
-
Obviously a Chinese conspiracy to sell more Chinese compressors! Kill all the existing ones so we have to buy more! :o
-
Oh NO !!! A remote 'kill switch" in my Chinese compressor? Or maybe it's spying on me and my neighbors..
"Betty Lou, go put some pants on!"
-
Thank goodness I have a Hill Pump along with my China hand pump!!!

Glad to see I'm not the only one making that connection.🤔🧐🫣😉😂

my grandson tore it down completely and said the gear drive is what failed !!
and from what i also noticed, the rod to crank area was on its way to 5hit the bed ::)

Is it terminal or fixable?
I am debating on the new JTS compressor, once someone uses one for 20-25 hours or one day past the warranty ;D

Was the oil bath providing enough lubrication? Since these first ones were manually converted from a greased bearing arrangement to the oil bath, I'd be curious to hear what Xisico has to say about it and if that voided their warranty?
