Title: Old Benjamin Lead Seals

I am working in a friend's Benji 347.
EVERY video I have watched shows the front lead seal coming out with the valve.
Not this one...............
That sucker is in there!

How do I remove it?

Reuse it. 
Good chance it will still seal.
