Just received my vortec PG4 full power kit for my .22 TX200, installed it and took it out and shot it 10 times. Anyone who says they dont think these kits make a big difference or their guns are just fine the way they are they are in denial(or too cheap to buy one).
My gun while it shot good was buzzy as all get out, now it cocks super smooth and the firing cycle is very linear with a solid thump..
The gun feels like it has less power then it actually does(still smacks spinner just as hard), I can watch my pellet go to the target.
Wont chrony it till I get a couple hundred shots on it but Vortec just made this gun a pleasure to shoot..

My experience mimics yours, well worth the $$ and little time to install it. My gun (.177) lost about 10 fps with the kit, it still averages 904 fps with AA 8.44gr pellets.

Hopefully will get to chrony a bunch of pellets this weekend if its not raining out. The shot cycle is so much better, All my RWS 48s except one have a vortek kit in them and they are so nice to shoot.
