My nephew brought me his Crosman 357 to repair. After inspection the problem for losing all the CO2 is a damaged piercing pin tip.
He bought this about a year ago so it’s a new model. He ordered it online and hasn’t found the receipt yet. If he does find the receipt he can send it to Crosman for “repair or replacement “.
If anybody knows of a piercing pin and seal from any other model I could replace the broken one. Has anybody had this problem?
I should mention these parts for this model are not available.

I'd just call Crosman at this point - unless you need it asap and want to pay a premium for the kit and shipping...

I talked to a Crosman repairman and Crosman has screwed up with these guns. They didn’t order any replacement parts for refurbs. Maybe they would replace it without the receipt?

I followed up with Crosman and they needed the serial number and a picture of the gun and broken piercing pin. They are sending a one time replacement.
The customer rep did advise that the piercing pins have not been a problem but the seals can be if CO2 is left in place during long storage periods.
Big shout out to Crosman.
