Very easy..they have windage and elevation just like a scope. They come with a Weaver/Pic mount so you may need a standard adapter for 3/8"-11mm groove.
Installing the battery can be tedious, don't use any force or you will strip the cap. If you have any difficulty P/M me.

For fast target acquisition, pistols with red dots are kinda slow for me as you have to align it perfectly to see the dot.
I also have a Vortex mini RD on one of my 22xx pistols and a Vortex Sparc on one of my carbines.
They work very well on carbines though, where eye alignment is concerned.
Another thing: even with prescription lenses, they look a bit like comma to me due to my severe astigmatism.
You can mitigate the “mutated” red dot’s shape by lowering the illumination though.
