Leaking from top hat. Can’t fix redid the seat nothing even has some wiggle room in top hat stem makes air come out faster from the middle. Fill port is sticking cleaned n still sticking n hand pumps not so good

If there is air coming out of the middle of the top hat, it is coming through the hollow stem, which means the poppet is leaking.... You must empty the tank and remove the valve to repair it....

When I am trying to fill it. It leaks throw the middle of the top hat. Wiggling the top hat makes the leak worse. I have tried to resurface the seat with no luck. I can not find a replacement seat anywhere. And I don’t know if it’s because there is no pressure building in the tank but the fill probe also leaks now blowing out of the top of the stem. But no air pressure is able to build to push it back to seal it.

I don’t think that this will work for you but some guns need you to cock the hammer before you fill it taking pressure off the top hat when it is completely empty.

No would never work for me there is no pressure on the top hat when the tank is off the gun or even on it

Talon Tunes should have the replacement seat your looking for, as well as almost any other Air Force parts you might need. A few years ago I had a leaking tophat seal in my 22 Condor tank as well as my 22 Talon tank. Got the parts from Talon tunes and it was an easy replacement.

Pretty sure that's just the original owner. Besides it would cost way more to ship both ways then you just call them and get a new poppet.

You can order the parts needed directly from Airforce. They are great to deal with and will help you in diagnosing the issues. I have dealt with them numerous times for parts and it is always a pleasure.
FYI, there is an oring between the TH and stem. Your fill port also has an oring under its stem. Completely EMPTY your bottle before unscrewing the fill nipple, BAD things will happen if you don't.
