My son participated in an auction where the 2 pictured rifles were being offered during a single auction. He gave up after $65 and they went for $75. I know the one on the left is a Crossman something or another, but what is the one on the right with a scope? My son said the only markings on it were "Made in China". Is the strange angle on the forearm stock, or did someone customize it. Was $75 for both a good deal? I think I would have pushed the bid a bit.

Looks like the one on the left is a multi-pumper Crosman 760. Don't know the other one though.
-
The second one looks like a Tech Force underlever with a 4x32 scope. The first is a Crosman 760. If both were in working condition, I'd pay up to $95 for both.

Tech Force 97 I'd say. That angle on the forearm is factory. Was that $75 each or for the pair?

Some one got a deal.

If both are working shooters, that is a pretty good deal. The other gun is a Tech Force underlever.

Well, it's not like there aren't more fish in the sea, especially those kinds of fish. Consider that, if the 760 needs resealing, your son would have had to spend more money. 760's don't seem to bring much and the other gun would have been the better of the two. But condition is everything, as they say. Since the seller didn't know enough about the springer to ID it, who's to say what shape the guns were in?
As to your original question, he missed out by not bidding high enough. :-)

Looks 100% like a hammerli 900 combo with an older scope, see also:

Tech Force 97 .

That was $75 for the pair. Obviously the auction people didn't let him test fire them and they were sold as is. He was attracted to the scoped rifle because of it's "SEMI" resemblance to my B-3 which he enjoys shooting, but didn't feel comfortable bidding more on a gun(s) which he wasn't certain worked, and which he was even sure of the brand name. Oh well, maybe next time.
