I received a new valve stem and it does not fit ,, Is this to big of a diameter.. When I sent it in they said it fit ?
-
those are very close tolerances, id either ream the back of the valve or, sand the new stem
-
I’d check the end of the new stem for any light burrs from manufacturing. I’d sand the end first because doing so doesn’t hurt a thing.
