Just curious if there is a company that makes barrel shrouds for the avenger? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Usually DIY carbon fiber tube. At least that is what I am doing. Might be some available aftermarket. Have not looked. I like adjusting my air guns.

How do you secure it to the breech? How do you thread a Donny fl adapter to the muzzle?

If it were me, I would fabricate aluminum or stainless steel adapters to be bonded to the carbon fiber tube. But that would be difficult for someone that does not have access to a lathe.
What is your goal with this? Cosmetic, or function?

Functional I guess. I ended up accidentally damaging the stock shroud. It has a nice bend in it. I have shot it shroudless a couple of times and it still shoots 10 shot groups I can cover with my thumb tip at 30 yards it just looks silly. Not sure I can get a stock replacement. Looking into that possibility but something aftermarket may be necessary.

I, myself, do not like the original shroud, bushing, and barrel band designs. My .25 shoots pretty good with my modified barrel band. I bought the carbon fiber tube already. Have a few plans for the air rifle, just not enough time. New stock, shroud, air stripper, plenum, and longer lower air tube. The rifle is another example of a Good Design cheapened by some money saving engineering. I see it all of the time. My .02
The bend in yours could probably be cut and sleeved pretty easily if you had a lathe.

I highly recommend TKO. Fantastic product (I own 4 of them) and the best customer service I’ve seen in the airgun world.

You might be able to modify the Mrod or Akela/Kratos shroud parts to fit, but the OD will be too small for the barrel band.

Use something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Abester-Carbon-Fiber-1000mm-Surface/dp/B079HK514P/ref=sr_1_5?crid=195GKNXAF4JV5&keywords=25+x+23mm+carbon+fiber+tube&qid=1647447969&sprefix=25+x+23+mm+%2Caps%2C119&sr=8-5 (https://www.amazon.com/Abester-Carbon-Fiber-1000mm-Surface/dp/B079HK514P/ref=sr_1_5?crid=195GKNXAF4JV5&keywords=25+x+23mm+carbon+fiber+tube&qid=1647447969&sprefix=25+x+23+mm+%2Caps%2C119&sr=8-5)
And make a slip-on internally threaded adapter held in place by Loctite to finish off the muzzle end.

Since he said he bent his original shroud, then he has a donor that he could cut the ends off of.
Then he only has to have a means to join the old with the new.
Might be able to make something that fits correctly, looks good and is more substantial than the original flimsy shroud. He might even be lucky enough to get by with just a little Dremel work and epoxy to bond the parts together to make this all work.

I think I have a line on a stock replacement.

Do tell.
