Anyone have any experience with this new PCP from Stoeger. XM1 S4 pcp air rifle. Stoeger's first PCP air rifle?

Hi Steve,
Don Carkhuff here. I have a Camo version thumbhole. I also bought for $30.00 the optional bi-pod that fitsthe pictinny rails on the sides of the forearm. Wow! do I like it. Negatives areunregulated ans small reservoir. I don'r care, I get 30 shots extreme spred of 14 fps and refill. Trigger is not to bad.
You might also consider a Nova Liberty. I have one in the mail now for about the same price. The Liberty has a regulator and preceeds the Avenger but is nearly the same rifle. I got mine from Lock and Load in Illinois for $244.00 with shipping insurance. I think these 2 rifles have really good bang for the buck. I sure like the Camo on the Stoeger.
Hope you are well. Enjoy,
Don

At least one member has bought one and posted about it. Price wise, it’s currently among the least expensive PCP’s.

They tricked out the stock and use an odd shroud, which hides the SPA/StormRider heritage.   Really not complaining about that,  have been a lot of folks who self-modded their Stromriders into different configurations.

Not normally going to rely on vid-reviews, but at least it has been reviewed.

Thanks Ribbonstone

Is it just the same action as the SPA Stormrider? I have watched some video's and one showed the trigger looked incredible for light second stage right out of the box?

Is an adjustable trigger (so does the SPA/Stormrider)....so I guess it's either how it was adjusted or what airgun the shooter was use to shooting.

After much research I ordered the Stormrider, in 177 has not been delivered yet. Been talking with Hector if you go to his blog he is working with Stormrider's . He worked with Altaros to develop a Regulator just for the Stormrider. I am sure it will fit the Stoeger as they are the same gun with different stocks. Maybe ask Hector.
