I just thought I would like to say thanks to many of you.I had been looking around and decided to pick up a nitro piston trail np and not less than a week later a disco.Just came to the door. Gosh I love presents ;D. anyway thank you!

im mostly plinking in the yard.very small yard but i have been having problems with skunks and racoons. I thought a little more power would be better ;).now I need to pick out a scope that will be decent at very short distance..any ideas im open.

Very nice choices for your first 2 rifles.  Welcome to GTA.  I'll be looking forward to your future posts and remember, if you hunt with those shooters be sure to post the stories and pics in the Hunting Gate...

I will post you guys seem very cool and im looking forward to a lot of fun. I also have a beeman P1 but not very good with it.The np has been fun the past week! Even neighbor thinks its cool and he is 89 years young.

Any of the Leapers and Hawke brands are good, be sure you get an AO scope (Adjustable Objective) so that you can focus down to 7 or 10 yard type distances. The Leapers Bug-Buster is a nice compact scope but, due to its short length you are a bit limited on mounting options. Look for scopes that are about 12" to 13" in length with a 40mm objective.
