Real Turkish Walnut stock, SAS system and Quattro Trigger, 3-9x32 scope and mounts, .177 at "1000 fps" (let's call it 880 fps with decent weight pellets?)
Anyway, my (and your) GTA member price? $159 delivered!
And I would buy a plastic and sheet metal Gamo for $170 and put another $60 into it because...???
Looks like Richard at AirScopes is taking discount orders as we speak, these appear to be very nice guns for the $$ spent!

Would if I didn't have a retay on order all ready.
-
would pull the trigger if he had the .25 cal

Hatsan 95 Walnut Sporter, can this be ordered in .22 cal. ???? Ive decided to get the 1000s in .22 and it comes with a 3x9 scope and bipod. No quattro trigger or sas but its a medium springer so i'll work the trigger or I know paul can do it. And being a medium power spring gun i dont think it needs the sas system. And the price is phenominal $119 with 3x9 scope and bipod. how can you beat that...... brent

I placed my deposit 5 minutes after Richard posted it in the Bargain Gate. Excellent pricing. I ordered the Mod 95 Walnut .177. I do not need another .22 since I have the Retay Sport Underlever in .22. Treated myself to another Retay Snipe .177 and can't wait till Rich gets them in..:)
These Hatsan's are good guns everone. Don't be affraid to lay out $20.00 for a deposit. These are priced good. Don't wait till Pyramyd gets them in and charge you twice as much..

Yes, what Gene said! Great minds think alike, my 95 Walnut .177 is on order too.
If you have an interest in a very economical priced gun with some decent technology in the trigger system and recoil system, then these guns may be just right for you.
The side benefit is; we also support a fellow GTA member (Richard) who has done a lot of legwork with Hatsan to get this pricing and availability. As I noted in an earlier post, why would I buy a Gamo for $70 or $80 more that has the same-o same-o technology of the last 10 years?
BTW, I don't get any better pricing for this endorsement, at $159 with a 3-9 x32 scope and shipping included, Richard and the Hatsan folks are obviously taking a "bath" on these guns for the near term to stir up interest in the Hatsan products. As Gene noted, if you are in the market for these types of spring guns, don't wait till the mega-retailers are selling them (without scopes!) for much more + shipping $$!

I have a 95 in 22cal, with SAS and quatro trigger. Great gun, looks nice to.
-
As I mentioned above I cannot plunk down a payment until I find out the cocking effort of the guns available.

Dave go to http://raneair.webs.com/, (http://raneair.webs.com/,) watch Pauls videos as he shoots alot of Hatsan manuf. airguns. You will see the cocking is easy....
-
Sorry I need to have a lbs rating to know if I can cock the thing. There was some cool videos there tho. Thanks

I'd like to buy a Striker 1000x as well but I want one with the wood stock! I also read on a British Forum the the triggers in these gun's are the Gamo design so I'm hoping when you guy's get your Strikers you can confirm that for me? if so one of Charlies triggers will probably work in them! :P

If you enlarge the photo (here) you will see the trigger cut away, it's not the sheet metal Gamo trigger, it has 3 adjustments and and a different sear mechanism.

SAADE, I know most of the new models have the Quattor trigger I pretty sure the Striker 1000x has a different trigger in it, if we could find an exploded view of it that would be great! :P

On the Hatsan site, the 1000X spec sheet does not list either the Quattro trigger or the SAS system, the only comment on the trigger is "Metal Trigger Blade" in the specs.
-
SAADE,
Correct. The 1000x has neither the quatro or SAS. It is also a really inexpensive option. Seems to suggest that Hatsan values the upgrades in the design, but that they want to provide a full range of products over-all.
So... the 1000x does have a non-quatro trigger. What that is exactly, I am not sure.
I will try to find out though.

My Walther Falcon Hunter which is a Hatsan mod 125, has the 2 hole stock with sas but no quattro trigger, but the stock trigger was modified by rescue912 who i bought the rifle from and it works perfect for a hunting rifle, i have no problem wih it, it breaks at 3 lbs very cleanly. so the stock hatsan triggers can be smoothed out very nice. I bet Paul at raneair.com could fin out thruogh his contact at hatsan maybe.

NON - Quattro = It an't go no Quattro
It has this trigger then..more than lightly

Thanks for the pics Pete, although not the Quattro, it still looks better as a device than the standard Gamo type trigger works, at least it has potential!
