All,
I recently ran into a new R9 Limited Edition with the nice blue laminated stock. It has Limited Edition in gold on the side of the receiver and a limited edition medalion on the bottom of the grip. I did not look at the serial number but I am told you can tell if it is a real Limited Edition by the number. It is in 20 cal. My question really is what is it worth. They are asking $695. Seems high but I have never seen one in the laminated stock. I am drawn to that stock.....
Is it worth it????

Welcome to the GTA. That sounds like a really cool gun. No clue as to the worth but would like to see some pictures of it.

Welcome to the GTA. I don't know what it would be worth but others will surely know and respond.

I just read a thread on those guns on the yellow and they said their were only 175 made in .177cal and only 125 in .20cal ever made so you have to ask yourself is it worth what they want for it? those gun's are only worth what someone will give for them but I think $600 is a fair price for a gun that their were only 125 ever made and its a Beeman so its probably Worth 6 JMO :P

Like I've said before, if it's worth it to you, and you are willing to pay for it because you really want it, and not just because you could make a profit, then it's worth it.

Well said Lizzie.

Blue Laminate stock HW guns are sold (new) for about $150 more than the same gun in beech stock (like the HW97K).
Check a new, standard R9 price + $150 + "rarity factor" and you have your baseline to compare against.

Thanks for the input...
