What I did was make a new spring guide that was a lot tighter in the spring and only a couple of thou. clearance on the piston guide and a tight fit in the trigger housing, as I noticed that the piston rod that goes into the trigger was rubbing very hard on the top of the trigger housing now with the tight spring guide it dose not touch the housing at all.
I fired about 100 pellets and no clicking sound at all and no twang any more and is shooting very well now at 30 yds getting ragged one hole groups now. Very happy. Steve!
