Title: turkeys

The fall turkey season opens tomorrow here in CA. It lasts until Dec 12. The limit is 2 birds, either sex, and one per day. Anyone else going to try to get a Thanksgiving/Christmas bird?

They let you hunt turkeys with air rifles in CA?

They do in Florida. PCP, .20 cal & up.

I will be out looking to bag my birds for this Fall season.  Over the last three Fall seasons I have harvested at least one bird each year with my trusty springers in .177 cal.  Given the current price of meat climbing so quickly I will be looking to add to the freezer.  Good luck to all those getting out for the hunt!
