Title: Let me introduce my new HW97 Black Line cal.177 synthetic stock

This is my new HW97. I brought it from the dealer on Friday. I planted it with the scope Optisan Cobra 3-9x42.

Very Nice! I may be picking up a .177 myself soon. Lets us how she shoots. Congrats!  ;D

yep the 97's are very nice gun's! I love mine! supper accurate and very well built! congrats on your new gun you made a fine choice! :P

man thats nice. i have never seen a hw with a synthetic stock.
BTW, this should prob go in the German gate.

nice! someone recently PM'd me asking me if i'd recommend the 97k in the synth stock....i told him i'd recommend a 97k in a rust finish LOL! i LOVE the 97-77k's, its hard to keep a good karbine down, enjoy her...Bart

crayfish;  Welcome to the Weihrauch Club, that gun is beautiful! And you have just the right size scope and scope position behind the breech opening, excellent work! PS did you use a stop-pin in your scope mounts?

Thank you Brian. Yes I used it. There is one screw stop pin on the rear mount.

I am holding back hoping the silver finished one will show up offered in 20 cal soon

I tested the HW97 in the basement of our apartment house. It was not possible to shoot from a distance. The basement is not so long. Outside, bad weather and wind.

More three pictures.

I'm still more pleased. It's definitely a 1 holer. Classical 10 yard match target . At 20 yards, 5 rounds into each (two) targets, sitting possition a 1 hole in the each ten. Scan will be attached later.

I hope they bring in the 20 cal version here soon....black or stainless I prefer the silver one but in 20 Cal I could live with it.  I like the black look will look good next to my Monsoon  ;D

our importers move cautiously and slowly testing market for the ability to make a good profit or they do not bring it in.....so far both in the HW line and the Beeman Branded HW line they have only brought in the .177 and .22 cal :(

I figured that! you don't hardly see the other models in this line in .20cal very much anymore {77's 97's} :P

 I waited also until Czech dealer got my HW97 from the importer from Slovakia. In Slovakia is not as strict limit on muzzle velocity as in the Czech Republic. The gun went smoothly Czech testing laboratory. 20 Cal  is not too widespread in the Czech Republic.
