Has the Rainstorm been released yet? I cant find any user reviews on you tube. How do you guys think it would stack up to the FX Whisper T12?

Several of our members here have owned one for a while. From all I've read in their reviews, it's a mighty fine air rifle. I almost bought one myself. And still might someday.

I had a Rainstorm for a while, it was a great gun.  I loved it, got rid of it to fund other PCP ventures.  Mine was very accurate and quiet.  Only downside was that it had a decent trigger.  Now that sounds good but compared to a Mrod or match trigger like my BSA's it wasnt very good

 Thanks for the info. If you have shot an mrod, how do you think the rainstorms noise level compares?

Rainstorm is noisier but that my be because it is more powerful.  Mrod is darn near silent so its not really fair.  Id say the Rainstorm is a tad louder but still nothing that would wake the neighbors, and remember that its a good 10 FPE stronger than the Mrod
