should have an fx revo soon. this is absolutely an addiction. only explanation i could come up with for spending that much $ on a "bb" gun.(at least for someone on my budget) ;D
i will add that jim at precision airguns and supplies has been wonderful to deal with so far. ;D

congrats on the new shooter. what scope are you going to put on it?

eventually a hawke.for now it will be either the bushnell 6500 2.5-16 off the mrod or a mueller 8-32 or a bsa 6-24. probably rob the bushnell 6500 off the mrod and put the mueller on the mrod. that bushnell has the better optics and it goes down to 2.5x which is nice when hunting.

Believe me I understand. I should be getting a long brown box with a monsoon tommorrow, still trying to figure out how to explain it to my wife.

yep, the only reason i didn't buy that Retay Ferrari, is that there is no way to hide a bright red gu from the wife.
If I grabbed another rifle with a straigh forward wood stock, i might get away with it, but not worht the arguement.

Monday the mail man took away a check for a Falcon AND a Talon SS. Some of the money was for two chunks of glass. :D
Now I’m thinking about that CZ200 that Jim has. 8)
Would someone please come over and shoot me in the head (it‘s not working right)? ;) I have many guns to choose from and plenty of pellets for all the guns.

well she doesnt know exactly what it costs but she does know i've sold a bunch of my pb's to finance it. so long as it wasn't coming out of my check or check book she's ok. plus she'll be getting an ipad for good measure. bribery always helps. :D ;D. if lived in the conus i might swing by. :D ;D

it aint exactly on the way. jim probably wait for check before shipping. with mail and shipping etc. maybe week or 2. but i'm committed at this point. or at least i should be. :D ;D just hope it will shoot as good as ted's videos.

The Hawke scopes are nice. I've got a Hawke Panorama on my Indy. It's a great scope. Nice and bright. I've ordered a Royale 400 with the power adjuster and it will have a Hawke Eclipse SF 4-16x50 on it. Don't forget to post some pics and a review when you get the new toy.

Thats a fine gun. I've been looking to get one too. Its very expensive but super cool.
If I remember correctly you recently recieved a bunch of N&N pellets. Those will be good for testing the sweet rifle.

will post pics and report. hopefully a good one. ;D i got a chance to check out Brett's hawke scope on his indy. i was very impressed with scope and gun. i think it was the tactical 1/2 mildot 6-20x. that's what i want. i managed to raise enough $ for the scope too but couldn't bring myself to spend that much at one time. old habit i guess. decided to get the ole lady and kids something too. ;D but i will get 1 or probably 2. honestly i would like to put that same scope on all my rifles. even the pb's. the couple i have left. ;D

yea i had ulterior motives with those pellets. i sorta put the cart before the horse. got my ldc and pellets already. got a bunch of jsb to try too. ;D thanks for the pellets by the way. i did inspect them and they looked good. might need a little help identifying a few.

Congratulations Chad!! It's a good thing you went the 6K Nitrogen tank route. I do believe you are going to be getting your tank refilled more often now. I'll try to start a collection for pellets for you once you find out what works best. I have a feeling that the semi auto feature of the Revo won't be lost on you!! Everything will have at least two hits on it now. Again,...congrats on getting a FX.

she knows i'm selling pb's to but another pellet gun. i just havent got into the details of what and how much. then again i havent said much to any of my other friends as to how much. maybe a little embarrassed. can't hide it from ya'll cause ya'll know exactly what i'm buying. :D ;D
the addiction coming from selling a half dozen pb's to buy 1 pellet gun. :-\

It took my wife about 4-5 weeks to figure out I had bought a 3d Condor because it looked the same as one of the others. It had nothing special on it and looked stock. One day she noticed the gun light on 1 Condor was red, and said: didn't you have a blue flashlight on it? did you get a new airgun? I said what this? "Oh no this is old, I 've had it for months now.. besides, it was used, not new" ;D If I had used the same color flashlight, she would have never noticed! :D

Please, PLEASE post pics and a review. Based on what I've read about it, the Revolution is my gun of lust. You can fire as fast as you can pull the trigger, and it weighs under 8 lbs. Yummy!

Oh you went and did it now.....I hope you have a bunch of pellets on hand and at least one extra mag. When I bought my Monsoon I went thru 3 tins of 500 pellets the first week ;D
The fun factor is certainly there.... now air is another story..started with a 30 min SCBA tank...added a second......it continued I now have a 88, two 66, and a 44 cubic foot tanks.
Jim is local about 1 hour away ;D...I hate going there.....there is so much it costs me way too much

i did get some extra mags. boy are those hard to swallow. ;D haven't stocked up much on pellets yet. not sure what will shoot well. definitely good on air. do you get as good accuracy out of the semi as you do your other rifles?

If it's like most of the other FX rifles, it will shoot JSB's the best, either 15.9 or 18.1

mine always wanted a 22 derringer dunno why but 2 years ago was at a gun show bought 1 in the box for $50. gave it to her all is well now but wonder where and when it will wear off

Mine was made pre smooth twist era.... the recommended pellet was JSB 15.9 5.51 head size.

I have found if she is not around when UPS comes by you are golden they all look the same to them *_*....Monsoon or a B3 no difference
I agree best to just buy it and never ask permission ....if you do ask you just argue twice because you will get it anyways
