Hi, I am from the Albany area in upstate NY.  Thankfully air guns are legal to buy/own up here (unlike NYC).  I am new to the whole air rifle thing.  I bought a cheap gamo to handle some invasive backyard critters and ended up returning it quickly and buying a remington NPSS (seemed like the best gun in my price range of 200-300).

I am trying to learn all about the care and maintenance by reading a lot on the web, which lead me to here.

Currently, the NPSS is back in Crosman's hands due to some nasty grinding sound in the trigger when I cock it.  I've ready about it a bunch, but I'll make that another post.

Welcome, and there is literally 6 weeks worth of reading here on the NPSS and Titans and other Crosman/Benji hybrids.

Some love e'm, others... not so much.

Welcome to the GTA.  You've come to the right place to read and learn about your guns.  Our library, search feature and especially helpful members are second to none.  Make yourself at home and join right in.

Welcome to the GTA Family
When I got back into AG's my first was the Remington NPSS and I love it. I had it for a short time as there was a deep dark calling from the Dark side and I joined the ranks of the DarkSiders and now have a Marauder and a Rainstorm.
