Title: Benjaamin 317 Scope

Have a 1963 Benjamin 317 & was looking to install scope on rifle. Found pair of intermounts that appear to fit rifle, but not sure if need an extended type of scope mount to create proper eye relief. Looking for suggestions/recommendations for mounts and scope(inexpensive) or is this possible?

You can get proper eye relief with most any scope by placing both rings in front of the adjustment turrets.  Like this:
