Title: Artemis and Snow peak related?

 I see products that look similar on both the Artemis and snow peak websites but both factories are in different locations. Are these two companies the same or different? A bit confused.

Both made by Snowpeak, I think that Artemis is the brand name of Snowpeak products in Holland.
