Can anyone tell me how to delete a post after posting ? I only see how ro modify. Do I need to contact a moderator to delete my own? Thanks
-
I don't know specifically how to delete a post but, at the very least, you could go to Modify and delete all of your text, leaving a blank post.

Only for about 30 minutes after posting.
And posts cannot be deleted. (Perhaps excepting "Members Classified" and these only by moderators)

I'm pretty sure a moderator can go in and delete or change the text. I've seen inappropriate language changed by them.

Thought that should be a possibility . Thanks

Beyond thirty minutes of posting only a moderator can modify a post. Generally nobody deletes posts though they may be moved to a more appropriate category.

An Administrator can do it but I can't delete a post myself.

At the bottom of your post that you want edited, click on "Report to moderator" and type your request in the box that pops up. Good luck!
