Title: The GTA System seems to have an uploading glitch?

Hey Lizzy,
Uploaded one pic this morning and now nothing else will upload - no matter how small?
Is the website experiencing issues or is it me :D.

I often wondered if the mentally challenged qualified for handicap parking... now I know.
