Title: Crosman Support

I had to help a friend get their unmodded M-ROD to Crosman for service under warranty (basically I took care of the shipping and working with CS on the issue), and again, their customer service is amazing.

Crosman got the gun, and within 2 weeks, I had it back and it was back to my friend in working order!

Huge shout out to customer service at Velocity/Crosman!  ;D

In USA they have the best customer and parts service of any air gun company by a big margin.

Umarex and Hatsan mostly count on you giving up before you get any service.

Try SR Industries (Beeman QB's and chinese springers) if looking for a path to the worst service and parts availability.
