I'm using JSB Monsters as my go to pellet as it stands right now for general pest control with Seneca Domes as my heavyweight hunting pellet. Barracudas shoot very well and I have them reserved as a general field/hunting pellet --- (How do super heavy 32.4gr Seneca Hunting pellets do or 34gr JSB Beast do in a Benji pumper ?)
What do you folks have as your pellet of choice for pest/hunting, and what type of game do you go after ? Do you use your Benji for pest control, do you use it for squirrel or rabbit hunting for food ?
Just wondering !

Right now i’m Using the Noe 20 gr. pellets on 10 pumps from my 392 steroid.
I also shoot crosman 14.3 gr. domes from the same rifle on 8 pumps.
The 20 gr. pellets at 10 pumps give the same trajectory at 20 to 35 yds. as the 14.3 gr. pellets do at 8 pumps... so no Change to the scope settings when switching between the different pellet weights for general small game hunting.
I plan on using the 20 gr. Noe’s with my stock 392 exclusively once I fix the pump linkage on it.

What is the OD on that slug, do you have ANY idea what the speed would be if pumped to 6 times ?

The 20 gr. Noe is a pellet, not a slug. On 6 pumps from my steroid 392 I get an avg. of 588.9 FPS. at the muzzle for 15.4 ft. lbs.
The skirt is .220 and the head is .215”.
I know 6 pumps with my 14.3 gr. pellets shoot the same velocity from my steroid as 8 pumps with my stock 392.
I have’t tried the 20 gr. pellets in my stock gun yet though, but the velocity on 8 pumps from it “should” be close to the 6 pumps on the steroid.

Great bit of info thank you very much !!

Oops,
Made a mistake on the Noe 20 gr. hunter pellet.
It’s .217” on the head portion....still .220” on the skirt though.
Sorry about that! :-[

That.220 is very important on Benji guns as they tend to be a bit bigger bore than the German or many of the Chinese guns.

I’ve heard the 392’s described as old English specs.
.220 bore and .217” on the lands..... don’t know if that’s true or not as i’m somewhat ashamed to say i’ve never slugged my 392 bore.
I need to do that.
I do know these Noe pellets shoot as well as any jsb pellets i’ve tried... and that’s saying something.
At least they do after I visual and weight sort them.
The most the noe’s vary is .5 gr. with about 80% being 20.2 to 20.3 gr.
It’s really a waste of time weighing them for general shooting.
Heck, the last batch of jsb’s I weighed varied the same .5 gr. in weight...same with crosman premiere domes! :o

Made this very light Neck Strap Pellet Holder using a clear water proof card holder. This unit is light, holds about 25-30 pellets comfortably, is very flat and can be slipped in your breast pocket, and keeps debris out. It was also very cheap as all the other things that could have worked cost well over $8. This unit is stored in the gun case right next to the gun.
Did not want a belt type pellet holder as for me they are a pain. With this your just pull your gun from the case, put this Pellet Holder around your neck and you are down the road, your can pump as you walk down the road and slip a pill in the popper and you are ready to go. Yes I have pellets in the butt pack but that is slow to get to and they are there to have a supply of pellets on hand where ever I have this gun, not to be easily accessible for grabbing pellets shot after shot.
