Title: Benjamin 397S
Post by: jmoronic on April 29, 2021, 07:46:06 PM
So I bought my first Benjamin about a year ago, it is the 397S
super nice shooter, and very strong, I thought the black stock would be nice with little to no maintenance.
How ever the new stocks have a taller cheek weld.
Has anyone replaced the stock with an older wood stock?

Tom Gaylord did some stock switching in his blog here: https://www.pyramydair.com/blog/2021/02/benjamin-397-variable-pump-air-rifle-part-2/ (https://www.pyramydair.com/blog/2021/02/benjamin-397-variable-pump-air-rifle-part-2/)
I think there was some more info/discussion in the comments...
