OK here's what I realized. I love this rifle. I was surprised by the sheer amount of accuracy it produced today. First off, I had issues with it using H&N excite pointed pellets and they couldn't hit a target at all. I got my hands on a polymags tin in .22 and tried them out. After some quick zeroing it quickly started doing almost same hole groups without the gun rested! It was shooting groups smaller than a coin and sometimes it was the same hole. All that while simply leaning against a wall I even zeroed it standing up🤯. Anywho, moments later and a dove came by at about 30 yards and needless to say it's nuggets in my stomach really soon. But the real surprise was that I spotted myna birds about 60 meters away. Yes you heard me right 60 meters. I mumbled to myself well that's a very long shot but it's worth a try even though it's a co2 rifle and I had my mind that it is limited to about 40 yards. This co2 rifle said I'm not just any co2 rifle I'm a bit more than that! A little bit of hold over and well well... I saw the pellet lob straight through dead accurately right in its head and it went down instantly... At this point I got so mind blown that a Chinese co2 air rifle could even produce such a beautiful shot. And now I have some massive respect for this little rifle. And I'm glad I purchased it!

Not knowing that model...needed to look it up. Been in this hobby 14 yrs and still enjoy shooting co2 guns, both rifle & pistols.
I started the co2 journey off with the qb78 & 79. (Still own dem)
Enjoy the rifle and the warmer temps...its CO2 TIME !!

Best yet it wasn't even a hot day it was about 18 degrees Celsius so I imagine it'll be a lot better in the hotter days!

Lucky?...could be.
Back when MrodAir was “the” source, bought a .177“varmint” (which would be the gen. I ) PCP version of the SPA and a .177 “plikster” Co2 version (which would be the gen,. I version of the SPA 600 that ran from ONE 12gr., even though the tube held 3 12gr.).
So it would be a SPA 600 co2 vs. a SPA 900 PCP...they’ve had a “snit”load of brand names., importers, numbers associated with them.

Which, in a head to head shoot-off turned out to be like this at short range.

As range increased the PCP pulled farther ahead…..but the thought is, WHY would I reasonably NEED to shoot that much father away with with a 10 foot pound co2?

Maybe you're just right that I did get a bit lucky. Either with the shot or rifle. Either way this gun is performing rock solid for a co2 rifle. Shooting at 550fps with 16grain at a cold day I won't complain.

Moved to the PCP/Darkside Gate.
