Title: peek hammer

I don't know if this has been mentioned before in regards to hammer bounce, but I put a peek hammer in a gun that had noticeable hammer bounce with a steel hammer, and I couldn't detect any bounce with the peek hammer.  I was thinking that the steel hammer on the steel stem was acting a hammer bouncing on an anvil?

YES .... but "BECAUSE" of Less Weight and the very slight compression / elasticity the PEEK or really any "Plastic" would have against the steel poppet stem.

Lower hammer bounce dynamics in PCP's has been very very well covered threw the years and there are multitudes of very in depth threads with the R&D supporting data discovered.
