Title: Forum not accepting replies or posts

As of yesterday cannot post or reply.  Tried logging out and back in and rebooting computer.

Any ideas on how to fix?

A topic I want to reply to does not have the "Reply" option, but others do.  It does not say anything about it being locked.  What's going on?

That thread had been locked by a GTA staff member. This is what happens when members fail to adhere to the GTA rules that we all agreed to upon joining the forum. Once a thread is locked no further replies can be made to it. It's unfortunate because often times good information gets lost.
