A great little PCP compressor for those on the go, and those who don't want to mess with oil, or water, or lots of maintenance. Plus it comes with a full warranty.

I got a water cooled cheap compressor I think two years ago. I have to change the oil a lot and use water in a bucket. But that is all there was at the time. I fill tanks with it and it takes a beating but it still works. As the tec gets better the prices will come down. I hope when it dies there will be a good "cheap" compressor for tanks. If not this one looks good.

This isn't designed to fill tanks at all, but like you said technology gets better and better, we should see something in a couple years.
