Title: Daisy 880 881 Rifling

I just received a Daisy 881 and examined the rifling.
I had seen a couple posts here when doing research with questions about the rifling, and here is what I found on my rifle:

The barrel on my 1979 rifle is steel and appears to have 12 sided polygonal rifling. It was almost impossible to see with an oiled barrel in the rifle, but removing the barrel and putting a bore light at the breach end and looking in the other end with a magnifying glass made the rifling quite apparent.

 Nice Old Daisy I just started getting back into them myself.
